we had a one week holiday during the CHina National day, (1 oct). we went to see the flag raising ceremony, we walked there at 11.30, reach tian an men sq at ard 12.30. there was already lots of ppl there, waiting to see the parade which will onli take place in the morning at ard 6.15. then i had a once in a life time experience there, not seeing the flag raising but the super duper crowd, it was almost a stampede. then waited there till the next morning and i saw the parade, and the most touching thing was, millions of white pigeons flew across the sky in flocks. wow magnificant, well, u cant imagine it when u didnt see it..
